Windows VPN Installation Instructions

These instructions apply when using a TRIUMF laptop or PC off-site, as well as any person using an off-site personal computer running Windows.

• Download

  • The 64bit version will work in most cases, if not please try the 32bit version.
  • Use the following link to download the the Ivanti Secure Access Client (Pulse Secure) VPN Client Software for Windows.

• Install

  • Double click the install file. By default it's in your Downloads folder.
  • Follow on-screen instructions

• Configure

  • Launch the Ivanti Secure Access Client
  • Add a connection Profile using the following settings:

Testing

If you're unsure if you're successfully connected to the VPN, you can try some testing steps to verify that you're connected.
